the staff were very helpful, i thought. the location near the bus station was useful. breakfast had good snacks at the restaurant, it was a positive.
The parking package was not well explained. it was difficult to find the parking. There were no reference points. the plan shown displayed the wrong exit, frustrating.

I found the staff friendly. the location it's good, close to transport. the room it was modern, clean, and quiet. i enjoyed the breakfast. It had many options and the service it was fast.
the parking garage access it wasn't clear. instructions for entry i found difficult.
